Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders placed on www.breviox.com are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.

In exceptional circumstances, processing times may be extended. We will communicate any delays via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. Shipping availability to specific PIN codes may vary based on courier serviceability. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

        Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2-4 business days

        Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4-7 business days

        Remote locations: 7-10 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified amount, as indicated on the website.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email and/or SMS containing your tracking number. Tracking information is typically updated within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Breviox Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit by the shipping carrier. If you receive a damaged package:

        Record an unboxing video before opening.

        Contact the carrier to file a damage/loss claim.

        Notify us at support@breviox.com within 3 days of delivery with photographic and video evidence.

Reports of lost shipments must be made within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of placing the order. Breviox is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
