1. Overview
At Breviox, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction on www.breviox.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
• The product was damaged during shipping.
• You received a wrong or incorrect item.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product received is expired or tampered.
Returns are NOT accepted if:
• The product has been opened, used, or is not in its original packaging.
• The claim is made after 3 days of delivery.
• The product does not match expected results or personal preference.
• Damage occurred due to non-compliance with product usage instructions.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To raise any return or replacement claim, an uninterrupted unboxing video of the product is mandatory. The video must be recorded from the moment of opening the package and must clearly show the product and any defect or damage. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
4. How to Raise a Claim
To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery:
• Email: support@breviox.com with your order ID, unboxing video, and photographs of the issue.
• Our team will review your claim within 2 working days.
• If approved, we will arrange a free pickup and dispatch a replacement product.
5. Refund Policy
We do not offer monetary refunds under normal circumstances. Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
• The product is out of stock and we are unable to fulfill the order.
• We are unable to deliver to your location.
• The order was cancelled before dispatch.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of acknowledgment.
6. COD Orders
The advance payment collected for Cash on Delivery orders covers one-time shipment costs. This amount is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, regardless of cancellation, incorrect address, or customer rejection at delivery.
If an order is returned due to customer rejection, incomplete address, or incorrect phone number, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@breviox.com or via our website. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
